Contract Examples Still Needed for WSA to Develop a Contract Analysis Tool WSA member response to my previous request was almost non-existent. Please see what you have in your archives and send, ideally, a PDF file of the contracts you have currently or previously. These might be from central clients to third party vendors to street sweeping contracts from cities, HOAs, etc. Prior to being submitted to the AI system being developed, all of your identifying information will be removed. Elgin sent us an article entitled “Techniques for Cleaning Around Obstacles with Street Sweepers,” which I added to the WSA website. Another topical article online from Elgin you may want to review this time of year is “Winter Ready: Essential Tips for Preparing Your Street Sweepers.” ![]() We recently learned from Kevin Kroeger, owner of the WSA Founding Member company, DSS Sweeping Service, that it was purchased by Katsam Property Services. Kevin was in many ways responsible for information that led me to start the World Sweeping Association. I thank him for his advice and wish him the best in retirement! ![]() Each year we have provided to the industry advisories about ensuring safe and liability free parties and other events during the holiday season.
