WSA’s O’Reilly Fleet Program Information
In August of 2013, WSA became a ‘group fleet association’ with O’Reilly Auto Parts. O’Reilly is a full-service retail vehicle parts supplier with over 4,000 stores located in 42 states, and expanding. This means the company has stores in most of the geographical areas where WSA Members are located.
Our agreement is that all WSA Members would be accepted into O’Reilly’s Professional Services Fleet Program. The Program offers a variety of benefits over a standard retail purchase at O’Reilly. Foremost is that Fleet Program Members receive a significant discount on parts needed for vehicles, as well as on all of the other support products carried by O’Reilly.
These discounts vary from product-to-product, but have been reported by users to be as high as 40%.
Initially, all WSA Members in O’Reilly’s service area were provided with a fleet account number, as well as contacted by their nearest O’Reilly store manager, who provided an overview of how the Fleet Program works, along with the company’s
Shop Supplies Reference Guide and
Fleet Heavy Duty Quick Reference Guide.
If you are a new WSA Member and are in O’Reilly’s service area, just contact the store nearest you and request to become part of the O’Reilly Professional Services Fleet Program. We are listed as World Sweeping Association and our national number is 1561320. Your local store manager will be able to use the number to set the account up at the store you use.
If you have any difficulty with being accepted, just
contact the WSA office and we’ll lend you a hand.
All initial accounts are set up on a C.O.D. basis. If you would prefer to set up a revolving account, however, you may do so by filling out a credit application with the company.
In either event, be sure to reference your O’Reilly account number whenever you purchase any items from any of the O’Reilly stores. That way, you will always be eligible to receive the Fleet Program discount.
In addition, as a part of the program O’Reilly Auto Parts’ Management has agreed to do its best to stock specific wear or other parts that you use on a regular basis. This can be done even if the part(s) is/are not items an O’Reilly location would stock on a standard basis.
You will also receive a username and password to access O’Reilly’s fleet online parts ordering system, which is accessed at
www.firstcallonline.com. Once logged in, you may access and order virtually any of the enormous selection of parts available through the O’Reilly Auto Parts network. A variety of well-known brands are available, including all those shown below.
