In May of 2021 WSA conducted a Zoomcast interview with Chip Lewis, the Director of Compliance for Springwise, one of America’s leading third-party vendors for parking area sweeping and a wide variety of other exterior maintenance services.

In this hour-long conversation with Ranger Kidwell-Ross, the Director of the World Sweeping Association, Lewis takes viewers on a deep dive into the many issues that are involved in the third party process, along with providing a host of best practices solutions for making sure the relationship — and money from the services provided by the contractor — flow as smoothly as possible.
